However, if you are selected to participate in the program, all co-writers will be required to sign an agreement giving "Songland" permission to use the song on the show and agree to any and all terms regarding rights and splits on the song selected for "Songland".

Yes. If your song is selected for the program, all co-writers on the song will be required to give "Songland" permission to use the song on the show and agree to any and all terms regarding rights and splits on the song selected for "Songland".

Yes. Remember to list all co-writer information on your casting application.

Yes. However, they will be required to sign an agreement giving "Songland" permission to use the song on the show. Co-writers must also agree to any and all Producer terms regarding rights and splits on the song for "Songland".
